TERA Data Centers secures 221.665 acres at Eco Business Park 7 for AI and hyperscale capacity.
Tera Data Centers (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has agreed to acquire two parcels totalling 221.665 acres in Mukim Jimah, Negeri Sembilan, from Eco Business Park 7 Sdn Bhd for approximately RM1.013 billion. The land is earmarked for data center development serving artificial intelligence and hyperscale computing.
The parcels sit within Eco Business Park 7, the first industrial development launched inside Parcel C of the Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 masterplan, giving the campus an established industrial setting with power and road access already in place.
We believe Negeri Sembilan can play an important role in the next phase of that growth. For us, the opportunity is to build infrastructure that can support our customers for the long term, while contributing to the development of the wider ecosystem around it.
Because a data center is ultimately much more than a building.
Behind every facility is an ecosystem of engineers, suppliers, technology partners, energy providers and skilled professionals. And behind every megawatt of capacity is an opportunity to build capabilities that can last well beyond an individual project.
That is how we see Malaysia as part of our global growth.
